House Fastic is a West Coast villa on ten acres of beautiful tropical gardens. Lucy, Barbados. The property is located on a coral mountain range with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The National Trust calls it the “Pearl of the Caribbean.” The house was built back in 1740, then it was transformed in the 1970s by Oliver Messel, a famous theater designer. Messel left England at the height of his career to relax and enjoy the lush beauty of the Caribbean. His unique style was to create a series of indoor and outdoor squares that would create a joint duo. Of all the buildings he ever designed, Fastic was considered his favorite. The state provides seven luxurious rooms, seven guest rooms, a home theater, service buildings and a swimming pool. There are four separate wings that run through the exotic gardens of Fastica.
In the tropical garden there is a developed Messele, a pool - a lagoon. Water for the pool is poured ionized, which reduces the need for chlorine - its use is reduced to almost zero. This provides impeccably clean water similar to key water. At night, the pool is illuminated, becoming an even more romantic and mysterious place. Near the pool there is a spacious deck where you can sunbathe under the warm sun. The open veranda is the perfect place to relax with a cocktail between swimming and lying in the warm rays of the sun.
