Belarus will exchange "green technology" with China Bashny.Net

The lab will conduct research in the field of ecology and development of products, technologies and materials safe for the environment. The Belarusian division of the structure will operate on the basis of the Scientific research Institute for physical chemical problems, Belarusian state University, and the Chinese will be placed in Shuzhen Zhejiang University, BelTA informs.

"The center will focus on the development of scientific relations between Belarusian state University and industrial organizations and universities of Zhejiang province. In particular, on the basis of the created structures will be used to coordinate scientific and technical projects carried out by the BSU Chinese enterprises", — said the rector of the Belarusian University. It is assumed that the operation of the centre will contribute to the establishment of accessible and streamlined the exchange of scientific and innovative achievements of both countries.

As noted by Sergey Ablameyko, over the last two years of the BSU together with universities in the Chinese province has already implemented three projects, two of which are included in the intergovernmental Belarusian-Chinese cooperation programme in science and technology.

"One of the developments of "Effective anti-corrosion coating for marine vessels" is a collective work of specialists of the Belarusian state University and Zhejiang ocean University. Two other projects were aimed at researching technologies to create new environmentally friendly packaging materials for the food industry", — he explained.
