The advent of the Internet was predicted in 1895 In 1934, a Belgian engineer Paul Otle decades ahead of its time, having decided to create "electronic telescopes", instantly giving people access to books, films, audio recordings and photographs. Interestingly, the idea of "universal library" was formulated this forgotten genius back in 1895.
