Photo essay —eco-Villa in the mountains of the Dominican Republic

Architectural Bureau VASHO has built a house in one of the mountain regions of the Dominican Republic. The building is partially built into the hill, and its roof is planted with green plants that grow on the slopes, thereby, achieved the visual effect of merging with the earth's surface. Due to the wide use of natural materials, primarily decorative stone and wood, designers managed to create an atmosphere traditional for this area of the home, and, at the same time, the form and layout of the object form a modern and elegant look.
