Eco-design as a direction in the interior of modern cities

In our time, people have moved away from nature. Dust noisy streets, apartments with a huge amount of synthetic materials in them. All this is modern, but causes a shortage of wildlife. It is for this reason that eco-design is a popular style of decoration in residential buildings. After all, the use of natural materials in it gives a feeling of unity with nature and freshness in the home.

At its core, eco-design is a kind of way to recreate the natural environment in a person’s home. Such an interior strives to create an optimally harmonious interior with nature. It is in the house, decorated in this style, you can completely relax from the dusty and stuffy city, enjoying the advantages of natural materials.

The main elements of this design include:

• the materials used in it. Often it is clay, stone, wood, glass, as well as fabrics created from natural materials;
• A palette of colors and shades. Usually used, brown, beige, black and white, gentle pastel tones. Quite often such natural colors are used as: the colors of herbs, stones, water, trees, soil. And also pale green and pale blue;
• large amount of light, and space for air movement, allowing easy breathing in the room.

This direction of design has very few limitations, of course, except for materials that must be not only natural but also harmless. So the flight of fantasy in it is practically unlimited. It is able to fully reflect the habits, character and preferences of its owner, and therefore make it as comfortable as possible for him.

In eco-design, living plants are often used along with natural materials. And they are not just installed on window sills in ordinary pots, as many housewives do. It often creates whole mini gardens or decorates certain areas with flowers and other plants. In some cases, they even create something like bizarre panels, arches or other elements of living decor. Here everything depends only on the imagination of the designer, the size and features of the room, as well as the financial aspect.

It should be noted that eco-design does not tolerate overload with a large number of elements, sometimes it is enough just to make certain notes of it so that the room itself is transformed and began to be perceived in a completely new way.
