Eric Schmidt admitted that Steve jobs is his hero

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the information giant Google made a rather shocking statement for many. Contrary to corporate ethics and popular opinion that the leadership of one of the world's largest corporations, does not like his competitors, he literally fell in love with Apple and its founding father.

Eric Emerson Schmidt is the 117-th place in the ranking of the richest people in the world with his condition 6.3 billion. His career, the future billionaire began in the walls of the company Xerox, where he worked in the laboratory of Informatics and research centre. In 2001, Eric was invited for a position at Google, where he became Chairman of the Board of Directors and chief Executive officer of the company.

Despite his job in Google, Eric Schmidt in 2006 was enrolled in the Board of Directors of Apple. However, he had to leave the Council in 2009. And in 2011 he lost his position as chief Executive officer of Google Larry Paige, while remaining Chairman of the Board of Directors.

"We could all aspire to that at least a few percent to be like Steve," said Eric Schmidt about the founder of Apple at the meeting of the Commonwealth club of Silicon valley.

And the question is, who is his personal hero, Schmidt immediately blurted out:

"Well, for me it is quite obvious – of course it's Steve jobs".

So understand then the former head of one of Apple's main rivals. After all, Steve jobs once openly declared war on Google and promised that would not leave her and empty space. And who knows which hero you would choose yourself, Eric Schmidt, whether Steve jobs is alive to this day.
