How to prepare honey water
Honey water in the morning is a good start for an active day !
Recipe No. 1.
1 teaspoon of honey to dissolve in 1 Cup water (filtered is better — from a spring).
Receive 30% solution of honey, the composition is identical to blood plasma.
Perfect to make a drink in the evening and drink on an empty stomach in the morning and honey water will give a mild laxative effect, will have a slight diuretic effect, strengthen the immune system.
Recipe №2. "Elixir of life".
In the evening dissolve 1 tbsp honey in 1 Cup water. In the morning add 1 tea or tablespoon of natural Apple cider vinegar (fresh lemon juice will give a similar effect). Stir and drink cold for an hour before Breakfast, and better from 5 to 7 am.
