How to create a simple machine for plastic recycling with their hands
Designer Dave Hakkens (Dave Hakkens) launched an unusual ecological project titled Precious Plastic (Rus. "precious plastic"), which was developed a number of homemade tools and open a virtual shop, buying used plastic bottles and creating something new and useful.
Bottles and other plastic debris is first sorted by type of plastic and crushed, and then transformed into decorative objects, jewelry, garments, toys or even a filament for a 3D printer.
The machine, developed in the framework of the project is interesting because you created a fully open source, which means anyone can own hands to create all necessary tools for recycling plastics through the drawings and to open its own "plastic" workshop.
The advantage of these "machines" is that they are modular in design and can easily adapt to local features and step by step instructions for their Assembly as will facilitate the task of creating a "green" production. In addition, they have low power consumption and their power may come any renewable energy source.
Dave Hakkens initiated their project in order to attach to recycling plastic people worldwide, thus reducing the amount of waste that pollute the environment.
