Russia is building a solar elektrostantsii

Moscow, 14 APR 2016 — Gazprombank has granted credit facilities amounting to more than 1 700 million rubles subsidiaries of the company "Hevel" (a joint venture of GC Renova and JSC RUSNANO) to refinance capital expenditure for the construction Buribaevsky Bugaichenko SES and SES in the Republic of Bashkortostan, as well as the Kosh-Agach SPP-2 in the Republic of Altai. The prescribed period of borrowing over 10 years.

The closing of the deal marked the continuation of cooperation between Gazprombank and structures of the company "Hevel" on financing renewable energy. With the completed deal has helped to Finance the first large project of solar power plant PV modules produced in the factory Hevel, located in Novocheboksarsk.

The total volume of credit granted by the Bank to Finance projects in the field of solar energy realized by the structures of "Hevel" is more than 2 500 million rubles.

Company "Hevel" through its subsidiary "Avelar solar technology" implements large-scale investment program for the construction of solar power plants in Russia. "The results of the transaction with Gazprombank allow us to look at the investment plans of the company commissioning over 200 MW of new solar generation in the country", — said General Director of "Hevel" Igor Shakhrai.

"Gazprombank is one of the main financial institutions providing credit facilities to implement investment projects in the traditional energy sector. Completed transactions with subsidiaries Hevel indicate the formation of stable interest of the Bank to Finance alternative energy projects", — said the Executive Vice-President — head of Department of project and structured Finance Alexey Belous.

In Buryatia in 2017, will open a solar farm 10 MWSolar farm will open in summer 2017 bichurskiy district of Buryatia. It will build the company "Avelar solar technology", which two years ago concluded with the government of Tatarstan the agreement on the construction of two solar power plants, said the press service of the Ministry of construction, energy and road facilities of the Republic of Buryatia.

As you know, Buryatia has one of the highest levels of solar radiation in Russia. "In 2015, we developed a road map for the implementation of alternative energy. We researched the required areas and have signed agreements for lease with the municipalities. In 2017 it is planned to put into operation the station in bichurskiy district, 10 MW in 2018 – in the town of Gusinoozersk 15 MW," — said at a meeting with the head of Buryatia Vyacheslav Nagovitsyn, the Minister of transport and energy Sergey Kozlov.

According to the Director of the company "Avelar solar technology" Oleg Shutkina, all the company plans to build six stations with a total capacity of 105 MW. This firm, one of the founders of which is RUSNANO, has built five solar power plants in the Republic of Altai, Bashkiria and Orenburg region.

"In March-April 2017 we must begin the construction of the station in bichurskiy district to June 30 to attach to networks, and from December 1 to start supplying power to the market. The same scheme will launch a second plant in 2018. Confirmed investment amount is 2.6 billion rubles, and the overall portfolio, about 11 billion rubles," – said the head of "Avalara".According to Shutkina, the company will create a subsidiary for each project, and to hire local workers. The estimated amount of taxes to the budget of the district and of the Republic during the year with each station estimated at 8 million rubles.

Of special interest is alternative energy for remote areas of Buryatia. For example, bauntovskiy area company offers a hybrid independent power plant, which combines diesel generation, solar energy and batteries. This will allow you to save up to 50% fuel for uninterrupted power supply. Now the resort Baunt energy rests only on diesel, and energy is available only 16 hours a day.

"We expect the project to all the towns of bauntovskiy area. As for energy supplies, are currently being considered up to 10 sites for solar power plants. We'll add to the list of places where there are problems with electricity in connection with the length of the networks is Barguzinsky, Kurumkansky, Oka and bauntovskiy areas", – said Sergey Kozlov. As the energy from solar plants, the company will sell in the wholesale market, the tariff in the Republic will not change. With the exception of bauntovskiy area where the rate will drop in half after the expiration of the ten-year contract for energy services.

As noted by the head of the Republic Vyacheslav Nagovitsyn, the introduction of alternative energy sources will help to equalize the population in access to uninterrupted energy.

In the Orenburg region will be three new solar powerCompany "T Plus" planned by 2019, the launch of three new solar power plants (SPP) with a total capacity of 135 MW. The construction of new generation facilities will take place in the framework of the state program on development of renewable energy projects. This was stated during the third international forum of the Smart Energy & Smart grids first Deputy General Director of "T Plus" Andrey Wagner.

As follows from the press release of the company, Mr. Wagner also spoke about the plans for the development of alternative energy generation based on wind energy and on the preparation of pilot projects on re-equipment of a number of TPP for use as fuel waste. According to him, energy has already begun to process wind measurements at potential sites for the construction of wind turbines.

Currently PJSC "T Plus" operates in the Orenburg region Orsk photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 25 MW. According to Mr. Wagner, the station capacity can be increased to 40 MW, is one of the largest solar energy generation facilities in Russia.

15 APR Orskaya SES, commissioned in December 2015, was declared the winner of the Orenburg award "men of the year. Golden whale" in the category "Startup of the year". published
