"In March-April 2017 we must begin the construction of the station in bichurskiy district to June 30 to attach to networks, and from December 1 to start supplying power to the market. The same scheme will launch a second plant in 2018. Confirmed investment amount is 2.6 billion rubles, and the overall portfolio, about 11 billion rubles," – said the head of "Avalara".According to Shutkina, the company will create a subsidiary for each project, and to hire local workers.
