When I began to love myself
I realized that anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs,
that I was living against my own truth.
Today I know that it is called "BE YOURSELF".

When I began to love myself
I realized how much it can offend somebody
if you try to force the fulfillment of my own desires,
when the time has not yet come, and the man is not yet ready,
especially when that person is me.
Today I call it "RESPECT".

When I began to love myself
I stopped craving for a different life,
and suddenly saw that the life that surrounds me now
gives me all opportunities for growth.
Today I call it "MATURITY".

When I began to love myself
I realized that under any circumstances
I am in the right place at the right time,
and everything happens at the exactly right moment.
I can be calm.
Now I call it "CONFIDENCE".



When I began to love myself
I quit stealing my own time
and dream about big future projects.
Today I only do what brings me joy and makes me happy
what I love and what makes my heart smile.
I do it the way you want and at your own pace.
Today I call it "SIMPLICITY".

When I began to love myself
I was free from all that brings harm to my health
– food, people, things, situations.
All that led me down and took my own path.
I used to call it healthy selfishness.
Today I call it "LOVE YOURSELF".

When I began to love myself
I stopped to always be right.
And it was then that I became less and less to go wrong.
Today I realized that it was "MODESTY".

When I began to love myself
I stopped living in the past and worry about the future.
Today I live in the moment and call it
"INTEGRITY".

When I began to love myself
I realized that my mind can disturb me,
he can make me sick.
But when I connected it with my heart,
my mind became a valuable ally.
Today I call this connection
"WISDOM OF THE HEART".

We no longer need to fear arguments,
confrontations, problems with ourselves and with other people.
Even stars collide, and out of their
collisions of new worlds are born.
Today I know that this is "LIFE".published
