Yoga - the fountain of youth. You are young, yet flexible your spine.

Yoga is considered to be a unique exercise system, through which the body slows down the aging process, relieves stress, fights disease and calms the nerves. With regular exercise your posture becomes perfect, muscles strong, flexible body, and soul will find peace and harmony.

How strange all the same how people ... We are constantly being told: "Hurry summer, because then you can one, second, third ..." We live four or five warm months, not thinking about the fact that to live and breathe is necessary not only sunny and serene days are, but in the most severe winter snowstorms. After all, the joy - it's everywhere. You just need to be able to see it, and be able to find in the first place, within ourselves.
