RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 cup (125 g) flour
3, 5-ounce (100 ml) of milk
3, 5-ounce (100 ml) of water
2 teaspoons (10 grams) of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 1/2 tablespoon (80 g) butter oil
4 eggs

2 cups (480g) heavy cream
1/3 cup (40g) caster sugar
1 teaspoon (5 g) vanilla extract
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Let's get ready ...
In a saucepan, bring the milk, water, sugar, salt and butter to a boil.
Remove from heat and add the flour all at once and include mixing vigorously with a wooden spoon until a smooth consistency.
Return the pan to low heat and cook while stirring for 1 minute or two to pull moisture from the batter and, until it is detached from the walls of the pan. You will see some of the dough sticks to the bottom of the pan.
Transfer the dough to a large bowl and let cool slightly. Add the eggs one at a time, carefully turn each into the batter, using a wooden spoon or even stand
Mixer. This will lead to a smooth, homogeneous batter, which still retains its shape.
Fit a pastry bag with a large 1/2 inch (1 cm) round tip and pipe the dough into 1 1 1/2 inches (34 cm) circles on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Bake for 2530 minutes until lightly browned and puffed.
Prick each with spit, to let off steam and let cool on a wire rack.
In a large bowl, beat the cream with an electric mixer until it forms stiff peaks. Add the sugar and vanilla extract and stir to combine.
Divide the cream puffs in half and fill them with a mixture of cream and strawberry pieces. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.

LET'S GET COOKING ...

mixer. It will result in a smooth, homogenous batter which still holds its shape.
