Water weapons Festival in Seoul

On July 9, Seoul (South Korea), a festival of water weapons / Water Gun Festival. Visitors could not only enough to pour each other from different kinds of water weapons, but also enjoy various concerts and competitions. Everyone was wet, but happy.
