Russian scientists have created a cure for cirrhosis of the liver, previously considered incurable




Russian scientists from the Institute of Pharmacology of the Siberian Branch of the RAMS invented a substance that can deal with previously incurable disease - cirrhosis. This serious disease is among the ten leading causes of death of patients in many developed countries. Despite the fact that the liver is the only organ able to fully recover, there comes a time (when the body is already pretty "planted" and is the development of cirrhosis), when it is already impossible to restore.

Any physician will tell you that the liver is much harder to treat other organs, as the medicine is not yet fully understand the processes taking place in it.

Hourly passes through the liver about 90 liters of blood. Hazardous components entering the body, immediately neutralized, and the blood is flowing on. The liver is involved in the formation of a half of the whole body and lymph produced urea, it is a blood reservoir and depot vitamin B12, nicotinic acid and retinol. And Novosibirsk pharmacists resulting 10-year study succeeded in using the technology to create a new synthesis of radiation substance - immobilized hyaluronate-endo-N-atsetilgeksozaminidaza (imGEAGA), which not only halts the process of fibrosis, but also stimulates liver regeneration. The mechanism of action is based on future drug stimulation of stem cells.
