46-year-old Henry Siviak was fatally shot in the chest at about 23:46 on a Brooklyn street Bedfort-Stivsent. He was a Polish immigrant and father of two children, and one day looking for a job. Now, 11 years later, the killer still not found.

Siviak moved to the US in the hope of improving their lives and well-being of his family. His family remained in Poland, and every month he sent them money. For whatever reason Siviak was that night in Brooklyn, is unknown. Experts believe that he might get lost and stumble into an unfamiliar area on some villains. His death - another tragedy of that terrible day, but to find the murderers is almost impossible.
