Jesse Lopez (29) of Brownsville, in a state of alcohol and drug intoxication, tried to overtake a car with police officers who escorted bicycle mileage annual competition Bike Tour Matamoros-Playa in the Mexican city of Matamoros. As a result of the collision of the car with the two cyclists (according to TV Newschannel 5 - five) people were killed on the spot, twelve people were injured, ten of them are in critical condition.
