Kirovsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don on June 15 issued a decision according to which the group Deep Purple performed illegally as their own compositions at a concert on October 19 last year in Rostov. According to the court, the band Deep Purple is required to obtain a license for the public performance of any of his songs in the All-Russian public organization "Russian Authors Society", as this organization is in Russia the rights of foreign performers without their knowledge and consent.
