Kirovsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don on June 15 issued a decision according to which the group Deep Purple performed illegally as their own compositions at a concert on October 19 last year in Rostov. According to the court, the band Deep Purple is required to obtain a license for the public performance of any of his songs in the All-Russian public organization "Russian Authors Society", as this organization is in Russia the rights of foreign performers without their knowledge and consent.

For each song, sung by Deep Purple without a license, the court decided to collect 30,000 rubles for the company that organized the concert in Rostov, in favor of the Russian public organization "Russian Authors' Society" for further distribution and payment of the author: Ian Gillan (I.
