He lives in our office so that's cherepashina - Pelodiscus sinensis (TRIONIKS Chinese / Far East / China spineless).
The carapace length of 25 cm, is covered with the top and bottom soft skin without horny plates. The long neck with an elongated head, ending with a long proboscis soft nostrils can stretch far and to get to the tail.
