In the night from 30 to 31 August at the very heart of the city, 1 block from Deribasovkoy several youths terrorized the inhabitants of houses from 3 am to 7 am. They shouted loudly include music, cursed and drank alcohol.
During the night the police summoned 4 times !!! (but we have it and have not seen)

In the night from August 31 to September 1, it was the same, the only difference being the neighbors when the dawn of the thugs took off in the video, with the sole purpose - to see their faces.
During the night the police summoned 4 times !!!
Police arrived at 7 am to take readings and collect videos.
