On the parade ground soldiers are 64 - 8 x 8 rows.
Each horizontal row chose the highest (marked in red letters), and in each vertical row chose the lowest (marked with blue letters N).
Among the highest we chose the lowest (marked with a capital B), and among the lowest of the highest selected (marked with a capital H).
Question: who is higher - the lowest of the higher or highest of the low?
