Kadyrov urged Chechens to respect other peoples
Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov said that he no longer intends to tolerate the behavior of some young natives of the republic in other regions of the Russian Federation.
Because of a series of recent conflicts involving natives of Chechnya there is a negative attitude to the entire Chechen people, Kadyrov noted. In addition, quite often the instigators of conflicts are precisely the Chechens. According to him, collisions occur for various reasons, whether it's a table in the cafe, which could not be divided, or parking space. This behavior of natives of the republic he considers unacceptable.
The reason for all, he said, is "an idle life," which are young people. If they want a fight, it should go to the ring and not on the street, says Kadyrov.
As President of Chechnya he said that not so long ago, residents of Chechnya "inspect every post." With great difficulty, the Chechens "managed to regain the respect", but today's young people, allow themselves to such antics can either return the time, or to change their behavior and "to move freely around the country, respect and hospitality of other peoples».
For this purpose, concludes Kadyrov, Chechnya natives must abide by and respect the laws and regulations of the regions in which they live.
