Black caviar, including beluga caviar - a delicacy, banned in the US because of environmental restrictions. To give caviar, Beluga is to reach sexual maturity, which occurs wild in 15-20 years. In captivity with proper temperature and power feed with high protein content Beluga reaches sexual maturity in 6-7 years.
