Wildlife
hosted the annual contest of the British Wildlife Photographer of the Year, which selects the best wildlife photography from professional and amateur photographers from around the world. This year featured more than 43,000 works from 94 countries. Images can be made in any part of the globe, as in the wild, and as well as in urban gardens. They competed in 11 major and 1 additional categories, plus special prizes.
The overall winner receives 10,000 (ten thousand) English. pounds. The winner in each category will be awarded 500 Eng. pounds. There are additional prizes. The ceremony was held at the Museum of Natural History / Natural History Museum in London oktyabre.
