Whale sharks
In order to increase public awareness of the environment and marine life in particular, American diver and photographer Shawn Heinrichs (Shawn Heinrichs) together with the German fashion photographer Christian Schmidt (Christian Schmidt) created a unique project. Going to the Philippines, they shot models in the company's coastal whale sharks.
First saw the whale sharks, Heinrichs and Schmidt immediately realized that one of them received a great team. Gathered a group of models, stylists, diving specialists and, of course, the 18-ton whale sharks, the authors set about creating a photo shoot.
To do this for a few months to lure sharks shrimp, alluring them in a way to the location. And though whale sharks do not belong to predators - they feed exclusively on marine plankton and do not attack people who want to be close to them, it was not so much.
In the history of the submarine as a centerfold model were made by the Italian Roberto Mancini, Australian diver Hannah Fraser and stylist Fazli Krasniqi. Their fee is not known, but in all likelihood it is not small. The result was stunning. Models and sharks worked flawlessly get incredible visual harmony of man with sharks.
