The project of a settlement, was designed and developed by a local studio «Ibuku». Moreover, the settlement is located at the banks of the sacred river in Bali Ayyung. This was made possible thanks to a few positive solutions.

At this point in the settlement already built three houses. In addition, the houses are made entirely of environmentally friendly materials, especially considering their significant that several major bamboo trunks are buried in the ground in the literal sense of the word. Anyway, the lion's share of the material for construction - bamboo. Even roller blinds are made of bamboo. This village is part of the green resting place at the world famous personalities, including the nouveau riche Charles Branson and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.
