Ryazan is a monument to the "mushroom eyes"

In Ryazan city park set an unusual monument "mushrooms with eyes. Sculpture appeared for the City Day on August 2.






The authors of the project was the couple Basil and Pauline Gorbunov. Honored Artist of Russia Boris Gorbunov - father and father in law of sculptors who have created a fantasy forest in city park.



Their sketch took first place in the contest for the best brand-name symbol of the city based on the saying "And we Ryazan - mushrooms with eyes" in 2011



















As part of the sculptural group not only mushrooms, both eyes, or without, but also small animals and insects - a frog, a lizard, snail, ladybug, which can be found in the forests of Ryazan. In addition, the "mushroom eyes" you can relax, because the composition is combined with a bench.
