Camp for Syrian refugees in Jordan

Refugee camp in Jordan was opened on 28 July 2012, to give shelter to the Syrians who fled the country after the civil war began. At the moment, the camp can accommodate about 120,000 people, about 60,000 of them - the children. If the number of residents will increase to 140 000, Zaatari will be the fourth largest city in the country, although the city is difficult to call.
