Bath with blue clay.

Blue (Cambrian) clay makes the skin soft and velvety, acting as a gentle exfoliation. Just clay enhances the subcutaneous circulation, which helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite and improve overall skin condition.

400-500 g of blue clay,
100 g of sea salt,
1 tbsp. Spoon peach, almond or olive oil,
2-3 drops of essential oil of any of citrus (oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, lemon).

To strengthen anti-cellulite effect and warming the bath, you can also add a couple of drops of essential oil of cinnamon. But be careful, because cinnamon is quite a potent tool and can cause persistent redness and irritation of the skin.
Take a bath no more than 20 minutes, then gently pat the body with a towel and allow the skin to dry yourself.
10-15 baths every other day.
