Dexia Tower - an unusual decoration of the night in Brussels. 4,200 of 6,000 windows of the building have 12 bulbs, in which there are 3 LEDs - green, red and blue. Dexia Tower consumes very little power (less than 7 times the usual stadium). Downstairs near the building is a touch screen that is available to everyone to create their own light show.
