Diane Odell from Tennessee lived in a metal box almost all his life - three years old girl fell ill with polio and to save her life and to provide breathing, Diana was placed in the so-called "Iron lung" - a metal tank about two meters in length and weighing 340 kg. Above his head hung a mirror of Diana, in order to enable it to observe what is happening around her.
