The head office of Red Bull by Sid Lee Architecture (31 photos)
Design studio Sid Lee Architecture worked on the interior design of the new headquarters of the company Red Bull. Located in Amsterdam, Netherlands, office covers an area of 875 sq.m. and fully complies with the spirit of the city. Interestingly, in the building where is the headquarters, was once a shipbuilding plant.
The interior design reflects the philosophy of Red Bull, Office reminds the two hemispheres of the human brain - the mind is opposed to intuition, art opposes industrial dark contrast with light, Angel struggles with the demon.
The main task of the designers was to combine the brutal simplicity of industrial premises with a mystical invitation to action from the Red Bull.
Some split personality reminds us of mountain cliffs on one side and a skate park on the other.
Triangular piles if torn from the ship's hull and brought here to create a semi-open space, which is easily visible from all sides. There is nothing uniquely, all a matter of perception.
