1 kg. oranges
400 g brown sugar
100 g of water
If possible, better to take a medium-sized oranges.
Cut the fruit into slices width of 0, 5 cm.
Take a deep frying pan, sprinkle brown sugar on the bottom, put a layer of oranges.
Repeat procedure: a layer of sugar and orange layer. Finish with a layer of sugar.
Cover with water.
Simmer, covered over low heat for 2 hours.
