Concrete blocks fell on parked cars

In St. Petersburg on Konnogvardeysky Boulevard on Friday June 11 reconstructed buildings collapsed concrete blocks on the roadway, crushing parked cars.
One person was injured, he was trapped in the car.
For reference: the weight of a single block of two tons.
