The creation of Alexander Sergeyevich, although it seems a fairy tale of respectful age, in fact, against the background of her fellows, she looks like a rebellious teenager. A very elegant and talented teenager, I must say. Since the plot and language of writing do not raise any doubts about whether to read or re-read this work. Of course it is! After all, with age, Ruslan and Lyudmila reveals to the reader much more than just a fairy tale about love.

Humor in "Ruslan and Lyudmila" Few people could think about it, but in fact in this work of Pushkin laid a lot of subtle and adult humor. Intelligently arranged ironic moments and direct hints at more forbidden topics give the mature reader the opportunity not only to enjoy a fantasy plot, but also to laugh.

The main thing is to carefully read the lines with open perception. Not with the approach that is usually imposed in the 5th grade of school.

And from Voltaire, Pushkin adopted a sense of humor and courage.

With the poem “Ruslan and Lyudmila” began the path of glory of the great poet. It was thanks to his jokes in the presentation of an epic story that he became one of the most discussed authors among contemporaries. It is not for nothing that at the very beginning of another masterpiece “Eugene Onegin” the author calls readers nothing but “friends of Lyudmila and Ruslan”.

The fairy tale “Ruslan and Lyudmila” is a unique work that has no analogues. Based on his motives, an opera was written, a show on ice and a ballet was staged. In addition, several film adaptations were shot, among which there is even a cartoon.

Any classical work lends itself to many interpretations. As a rule, real masterpieces cause discussion at various levels in any year. And “Ruslan and Lyudmila” is an example of this. Since, despite the age of writing and the simplest plot about the struggle between good and evil, even this fairy tale can be considered from different angles. This makes the work of Alexander Sergeyevich eternal.
