Camouflage aircraft plant

During World War II, Americans had to hide the Lockheed Martin plant to protect against Japanese air attacks.

Some still remember how they lived under camouflage.


They told me how it was built. How to install an artificial trees, houses, and so on. The machine periodically rearranged to make it appear that the city lives its own life.




85 year-old pilot said that from the air it was impossible to determine what is camouflage. He was strong enough to walk on it and hired an army of people who walked and rode bicycles on top.
