- 200g sand cookie
- 80g butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1/2 stack sugar
- 1/2 sc. water
- 80g coconut shavings
- 80g powdered sugar
Preparation
- Grinding cookies in a blender or using a roller, having previously laid it in a dense package.
- Sand crumb pour into a deep bowl, add cocoa and mix thoroughly.
- In a small pan, mix water with sugar, boil 1-2 minutes. Ready sugar syrup immediately add to the liver. Stir until you get a homogeneous plastic mass.
- Next, prepare a coconut filling: mix the softened oil with powdered sugar, add coconut shavings and mix thoroughly.
- Put food film on the table, evenly distribute the chocolate mass on top and form a rectangular layer - first with your hands, then with a roller.
- On the chocolate cake evenly lay out the coconut filling and level it with a roller.
