During the quarantine, everyone asks: what else would you like to see? From the very first day of sitting at home, I knew I was going to revisit my favorite movie masterpieces. In addition to fiction and fantasy, I remembered my favorite genre - detective.

Let me start with the most popular detective. Many people know that this is Sherlock Holmes. The series takes place today in London. Holmes was a little younger than Conan Doyle. In addition, it now uses modern technology, but its main feature, as before, is the deductive method.
In the role of a brilliant detective – the incomparable Benedict Cumberbatch. He was able to reveal the identity of Sherlock Holmes. The role of Dr. Watson went to Martin Freeman. This series can rightly be called a world hit.

Well, the name speaks for itself. All three seasons share a common idea, but with different characters. The plot tells about partners who investigate mysterious murders. The series is imbued with a dark and mysterious, but quite realistic atmosphere.
The audience, like me, remembers the first season. It starred Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey. The action develops in three time parallels. The viewer learns about the most important stages of the characters’ lives. Two police officers are looking for a brutal ritual killer. A couple of years later, in 2012, the story continues.

Imagine waking up in the future. A couple of centuries ahead. The world has changed, people have also become different. Now consciousness can be recorded and connected to a new body. Because of this, someone is able to live forever, and someone in a cheap shell.
The main character of the film is Detective Takeshi Kovacs. He is resurrected from the past in order to solve the murder of one of the modern rich. The series is an explosive mix of detective and cyberpunk. Fantasy lovers will also like it.
