The city of ice at the annual winter festival in China

Every year the city of Harbin in North China is transformed into a magical ice Kingdom. It took 10,000 workers and two weeks to build the wonderful Kingdom of ice, which contains mazes, towers and slides. Ice for the buildings were cut in the Songhua river which is near. Some attractions were opened for visitors on December 21, the official opening is scheduled for January 5, 2017.
