The property is situated in a newly built district, covers an area of 15500 square meters and located near a planned metro line, in the territory of upscale residential areas.





On the North side of the complex is adjacent to the primary school building and is a kind of connecting link natural and urban life of the city, making it the perfect place for a sports complex.





According to the architects, the project is based on the desire to create a modern urban space and, at the same time, to form a symbolic territory where there are no large commercial facilities, which is effectively a distributed space for active recreation.
