Gue(ho)st House is a phantasmagoric gallery of modern art in France





French hudojniki and designers Christophe Berdaguer and Marie Pejus have implemented a unique renovation project of the building of the gallery of modern art in Delma is a small village located in North-Eastern France.





A new structure called the Gue(ho)st House is a part of ownership held by the arts centre, Centre d'art Contemporain-La Synagogue de Delme and serves as an exhibition and Studio space.





Updated the unusual name of the futuristic building was inspired by the play on words in the title of the paintings of Marcel Duchamp (Marcel Duchamp) and pays homage to the nearby prison, school and funeral home. Designers have updated the existing structure, using thick white layers of polystyrene, with the result that there was the original exterior wall by creep effect.





With the aim of creating "a real architectural phantasmagoria", the artists have developed a project that is in harmony with the modern trends and makes a strong visual impression, trying to become one of the iconic sites of new France.
