Device Rain Shield rain shield
Probably no one doubts that Murphy's law works: it is often the moment when we rush to an incredibly important meeting, the past will pass through the machine and doused with water from a puddle, or it rains heavily with the wind.
Of course, to protect against such accidents invented umbrellas, but they are not able to provide complete protection, protecting from getting wet largely only the head, but not the rest of the body. Therefore, in particularly inclement weather, when rain and wind rage, and attack from everywhere, it is sometimes unclear which side of the umbrella to hide behind.
The Rain Shield device (which means "rain shield") – setepodemnymi umbrella, drastically different from traditional umbrellas in their design. It was created using a single curved steel wire and telescopic rod and standard water repellant fabric. This umbrella has no pointed ends or sharp edges, and due to its unusual design, it does not allow the wind to turn it inside-out in very windy weather. I will say that it's too good to be true? But it's true!
Testing this wonderful umbrella went directly into the ceremony of the contest Red Dot Award: design concept in Singapore. The authors of the concept of Taiwanese designers Lin Min-Wei (Lin Min-Wei) and Liu Li-Hsiang (Liu Li-Hsiang) showed how easy umbrella is folded and compressed to disk with a diameter of 180 mm, which can be carried in a bag.
