The most unusual and important dreams people have seen

However, this is not the only story when people dreamed of brilliant ideas.

Paul McCartney's Dream

When James Paul McCartney of Liverpool was only 22 years old and, not yet a multimillionaire, went to bed again, he suddenly listened to a beautiful tune in his dream. And the musician managed to remember it. Waking up, going to the toilet, frying and eating scrambled eggs, McCartney sat at the piano and ... so the famous "Yesterday" was born.

Mary Shelley's dream

One day, Mary, along with her husband Percy Byshey and another writer, Lord Byron, decided to hold a fantastic literary contest between them.

Mary Shelley tried hard, but somehow she did not succeed. The woman decided to go to bed and continue in the morning. In a dream, she saw a certain scientist, collecting from human parts some nasty phantom, which came to life after turning on a powerful engine. The dream scared Mary, and she decided to scare others. This is the story of Dr. Frankenstein and the monster he created. Subsequently, a film and several remakes were made.

Son Stefanie Meyer

American philistine Stephanie Morgan Meyer gained world literary fame and earned a decent fortune for a series of novels “Twilight” (about the love of a girl and a vampire).

As Mrs. Mayer told in a live broadcast in 2009, she dreamed of a beautiful lawn, on which a pretty bloodsucker and an ordinary girl enjoyed each other. The vampire tried to explain to the girl how much he cares about her and how much he wants to kill her. As soon as she woke up, she immediately recorded a plot, which later developed into a whole “saga”, in which vampires are not afraid of either garlic or holy water, and werewolves are obtained only from Indians.

James Cameron's dream

Once the famous Hollywood director James Cameron on the set in Europe overcame the disease. Cameron had a fever, and he, as expected, in such cases, took bed rest.

In a hot half- delirium, James saw something like a man with a red eye who was moving like a robot.

Fantasy Cameron generally likes to boast that most creative ideas, including the idea of “Avatar”, come into his skull from dreams.

Stephen King's dream

It is believed that many of his phenomenal horrors talented American graphomaniac wrote under the influence of alcohol and cocaine.

The novel Misery is an exception in this respect. Stephen Edwin King once said he fell asleep on a plane. At a height of several thousand meters, he dreamed of a woman who held a male writer hostage, then killed him, fed the meat to pigs, and on the skin wrote an unfinished novel.

The plot was later changed slightly, but according to the author, about 80% of the book "Misery" was printed by him on the typewriter shortly after the plane landed.
