The mask of oat for sensitive skin

180-250 gr. yogurt without filler.

30 — 60 gr. oatmeal.

2 tsp beeswax or honey.





Oats have a calming, soothing and cleansing effect. Honey is used as an emulsifier, which affect the good adhesion of the mask with the skin. If honey can cause you to have allergic reaction, you can replace it with two teaspoons of banana puree.

Mix all the ingredients and apply the mask in a thin layer on clean face. For best results, hold the mask for 20 minutes, then rinse.
