The Netherlands will build a road network of electric charging stations

The Netherlands is one of the world leaders in the number of bicycles per capita. But in the future there will be no less developed and electric vehicles. After all, now in Holland began work on the creation of appropriate infrastructure. The company Fastned is going in the next two years to cover the whole country with a dense network of electric stations. Fastned already ordered a few hundred chargers technology group ABB, which will be delivered from September this year, after which it will begin mass construction of road stations for electric vehicles.
According to the plans Fastned to the end of 2015 in the Netherlands will appear two hundred of these objects, which will be located no further than fifty miles from each of the nearly seventeen million people in the country.



Each such electrospray will be a covered pavilion, where owners of electric vehicles can not only charge the batteries of their machines energy 15-30 minutes, but to access the Internet.



Some of the energy that will be used on data from the charging stations, the company Fastned is planning to with the help of sunlight. To do this, the roof of each pavilion is covered with solar panels.
