Original solar charging for rechargeable batteries Sparkle Labs

The company Sparkle Labs, known primarily for its small electronics, is prepared to launch its latest, rather interesting design – charger for rechargeable batteries type AA, which has already appeared in stores called SunMod. From the title it is clear that the source of power for charging will be the sun, but even this is not the main feature of novelty. Most interesting was the design SunMod, which currently has no analogues on the market. The new charger is a miniature flexible panel, with the two ends of which are wire connectors. With their help, the photovoltaic element is connected to the batteries that are installed in a small holder, and, catching the sun's rays, immediately starts charging.

This design is attractive for its compactness, since the size of SunMod does not exceed a matchbox. And this, especially in difficult conditions, for example, in long journeys away from civilization, is perhaps the defining advantage of such technological devices.

Nominal voltage charging SunMod is 4.8 In, and that is enough to replenish the energy of the two NiMH batteries AA or AAA. And already this is enough to ensure that in any environment where there is at least some sun, enjoy your favorite music from portable speakers, or to ensure the functionality of the mouse of the laptop.

Note that just recently the charger SunMod went on sale in major retail chains electronics and in some online stores. Its value is now about $ 20. And with such price, according to sellers of the device, stable demand from the side of the first tourists secured, as many of them habitually use the devices on rechargeable batteries, which on a long hike you can take with the stock.
