The Director of the Department of technological development and innovation, rosseti Vladimir Sofin, in his report, noted that state support is needed, customs, tax and budget incentives for the production, trafficking and exploitation of electric vehicles. In particular, it is necessary to simplify the mechanisms for the grid connection of charging stations at existing city facilities to electric networks.
Following the example of European countries, "Rosseti" proposed to stimulate the benefits of the organization that hosts on its territory the facilities charge and service infrastructure for electric transport and ensuring their connection to their networks.
In addition, it is necessary to develop the requirements for compulsory equipment of newly built and reconstructed buildings, structures, constructions with a social purpose, charging stations for electric vehicles. As well as to approve measures to provide owners of electric vehicles usage rights of free Parking spaces, is equipped with a functional electric charging devices.
The company hopes that these initiatives will help to make environmentally friendly transport in Russia more accessible.
