Cat saves baby from dog - amazing video

A heroic cat rescued its young owner from an attack by a neighbor dog in Bakersfield, California, on Tuesday, May 13. The latest news that has been begging for half the world!

Surveillance cameras recorded the entire incident, which lasted less than a minute, but what a moment. The boy's father uploaded the video to YouTube, where the video has garnered nearly four million views since Wednesday.

The video shows four-year-old Jeremy riding his bike on the road around a white car while he was spotted by a dog. This neighbor dog, an eight-month-old dog, a mixture of Labrador and Chow, attacked the boy and bit him in the left leg, while managing to pull him from the bike to the ground. However, she did not manage to inflict more serious injuries on the baby - at this point the family's fearless cat, Tara, ran out. She is so fearless that she rushed straight at the dog with all her small weight, knocking him down and causing him to retreat from the child. The cat drove the dog to a safe distance, and then ran to the child to protect him further. The boy's mother immediately ran to Jeremy to check on his wounds.

She then left Jeremy and followed the dog to ensure she didn't attack him again. The boy had to put a few stitches, and about his cat he said: "Tara is my hero."

The dog grabs the boy by his left leg and pulls him off the bike.

What other wounds would a dog have inflicted on a boy if his cat had not taken care of him? Here you can see Tara's cat running to fight off the dog's attack.

“I’ve never seen a cat do something like that,” said Roger Trientetilo, Jeremy’s father. “Especially ours. Perhaps this shows how much she cares about her family and how smart she is.”
