Bhutan plans to switch to electric cars



All electric vehicles will be recharged with clean energy from hydropower plants, which represent 100% of the energy production in Bhutan. In fact, it made so much that 95% are exported to neighbouring India. Bhutan was selling excess electricity to buy petroleum products for fueling vehicles. Bhutan has all chances to become the first country in the world which is 100% will go to use clean electricity instead of fossil fuels.
