Baked Camembert with thyme

Ingredients

Camembert cheese-1 piece
Garlic 2 cloves
4 fresh thyme stems
Olive oil 1,5 tablespoons
Ciabatta 1 piece

Manual

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Clean the cheese from the film or paper in which she wrapped and put back in wooden box without closing the lid.

1 clove of garlic cut into small pieces.
In the cheese make a few cuts and lard slices of garlic and thyme. On top drizzle with 0.5 tablespoon of olive oil and place on a baking sheet.

Bake about 10 minutes until the center cheese is melted.
Slice the ciabatta slices and drizzle with olive oil. Roast on the grill or in the toaster, then RUB with remaining garlic.

On a dish put the cheese, spread out around the toast. Serve immediately.
