7 habits that are useful to develop
Health depends on how we organize our lives, what habits we choose. Yes, you read right: not habits choose us and we them. It is important to find habits that will be really useful.
1. Wake up early needless to say that the earlier we rise, the more time and more ready? The main thing – do not overdo it: try to sleep at least 6 hours (ideally 8 hours say it should, but unfortunately, for many of us it is a luxury).
2. Smile
Start the day with a smile. Smile at least to yourself! Many of the actions with which we are familiar all life, have developed a strong Association on a physical level, so if you smile, your intelligent body "remembered" that smile is caused by something positive, so you almost immediately realize that you are well. You haven't smiled?!
3. Drink water on an empty stomach
When they first Wake up drink a glass of clean water. So you start the metabolic processes in the body that "turn on" themselves and prepare the digestive system for the workloads of the meal and its processing.
4. Be observant
The world is beautiful in detail! Learn how to see them: beautiful autumn leaves under your feet, friendly eyes of a domestic dog, the smile of a passerby. The joy of small discoveries will inspire you, improve your mood and mental health.
5. Move
You think now that writing about it everywhere. And it's no wonder!
But we're not talking about how it is good for health.
Just think about it: the human body contains more than 600 muscles... Imagine how many of them never showed because you lead a sedentary lifestyle! Give yourself a chance to develop new physical abilities.
6. Read more
We're not talking about reading articles in the Internet talking about books. Besides being useful for self-development, reading after the working day has a calming effect, so it's easier to fall asleep.
7. Say "Thank You!"
The word carries a positive energy – share it with people! As soon as you said "thank you," the light was from 2 people: you and your companion. Single action – double effect! And if you still smile... you know (see point 2)!
